• Any request for cancellation must be made within 3 hours from the time of order confirmation.

• Once the order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund process within the next 24 hours.

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

What are the available refund options?

If KP Cashews is unable to deliver your order, a complete refund will be issued.
We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional distress, or any other liabilities caused due to non-delivery.

We do not take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by vendors due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. However, for such cases, we assure you a 100% refund.

If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 12 to 18 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. The refund timing depends on your bank’s policies, and KP Cashews has no control over these delays.
