Delivery of certain branded items may be delayed or not possible due to uncontrollable circumstances such as the product being unavailable in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, a similar product, closest to the original description, will be delivered. Prior conformance will be sought from the customer via email.
If no one is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery at the time of arrival, the order will not be considered late.
In such cases, no refunds, cancellations, or liabilities will be entertained.
You can place an order for a minimum invoice value of Rs. 1,000/-.
For invoice values between Rs. 1,250 and Rs. 5,000, the delivery charge will be 8% of the order value.
For invoice values greater than Rs. 5,001, the delivery charge will be 7% of the order value.
The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and when you place your order:
For metropolitan cities: 3 business days.
For regional areas: 5 to 7 business days.
(Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.)
All deliveries are processed through reputed and reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
There are no additional taxes or hidden costs, except for applicable Octroi charges, if any.
If KP Cashews is unable to deliver your order, a complete refund will be made.
We are not liable for any additional charges, loss of profits, emotional distress, or any other liabilities arising due to non-delivery.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. However, in such cases, 100% of your money will be refunded.
Currently, KP Cashews does not deliver to international destinations. However, you are welcome to purchase products and have them delivered as gifts to your friends and family within India.
